I fell in love with cooking watching my mother cook from scratch in a small coastal town of Southern Brazil. She cooked with only the freshest ingredients with love and attention to every single detail, it was here I learned that cooking is not about recipes and ingredients but rather about the soul of the chef.
My culinary journey has included 4 years as a personal chef, specializing in adapting menus to various dietary restrictions and preferences, then to teaching and managing a cooking school where I taught classes in everything from French to Persian, Argentinian, Brazilian, dim-sum and sushi, cocktails and homemade cheese, one-pot wonders and romantic dinners for two.
I’ve now brought all my skills and passion for food to Austin where I look forward to creating a personalized experience for you. Perhaps that’s nourishing meals & menus, small to medium sized parties or a class for you alone or a group of friends.
